Shipping & Delivery
All orders are manufactured and shipped directly from our dedicated print farm in the UK. Because we handle all production in-house, please allow up to 2 working days for us to manufacture and dispatch your order.
Domestic Orders (UK)
- Standard Tracked Delivery (£3.50): Fully tracked 48-hour service.
- Estimated Arrival: 2 working days after dispatch.
International Orders
We ship our modular display stands worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout at competitive rates based on the weight of your order and your location. All international parcels are sent via a fully tracked service.
- Estimated Arrival: Up to 15 working days after dispatch, depending on your local customs process.
Customs & Import Duties
- USA Orders: Shipments to the USA are dispatched DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means no additional customs fees will be payable by the buyer upon delivery.
- Rest of World: Please note that for international orders outside the USA, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to clear them on your behalf.
Returns & Replacements
- Our 30-Day Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your display system, please reach out to us via the Contact page to arrange a straightforward return.
- Damaged in Transit: We package everything carefully, but if any part of your modular stand is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with a photo. We will fast-track replacement parts to you right away.
